My Water Colour Painting by Keegan

Last Tuesday a lady called Andrea came to school. She brought water colour  to Fordell. I think my water colour painting is pretty well done, I like others too.
Our colours to use  were purple, blue, black, yellow, brown, green and red. I think everybody did well. We went through lots of process to do the painting, you had to do a practice, we had to use a square piece of paper with a big hole in it to see the view to paint and then we painted. It was very complicated. If you wanted to make a cloud you had to leave the paper white. We put some of the painting on our class wall. I had a great time!!!

Swimming with Cecile By Lauren

One cold Friday morning we had to walk down to the pool and go swimming! We had a swimming instructor called Cecile, come down and teach us how to be safe in the pool. It was freezing cold and most people hopped out early, but not me! My favourite part was when we had to make a tail by holding each others waist and run to the other side of the pool. Then the person at the front had to try and catch the tail. It was lots of fun and I enjoyed making a whirl pool in the small pool.

My poem by Bridie

We wrote acrostic poems in poetry, this is mine.

Dashing through your head,
Reflections from the day,
Eating all you like in your dreams ,
A moment of peace,
Magical spaces,
Softly floating.
