This morning we learnt about accids, bases and neutrals. We got put into groups and got six test tubes on a rack. First there was cabbage juice in them. We had to tip in baking soda, vinegar, toilet cleaner, soap, lemon juice and dish washer liquid. By the time we'd finished we had a mix of different colours. Then we had to try and make a neutral. I learnt that if you have a base and you want to turn it into a neutral you have to tip in an

acid. My favourite part was when we had to tip something into the cabbage juice and got to see how it reacted.
